Qualified businesses and organizations may receive personal protection equipment (PPE) at no cost under the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency’s (HIEMA) PPE Distribution Program funded by the State of Hawaii. Distribution is tentatively anticipated from mid-October through December 2020, supplies permitting.

•	If you are having difficulty paying your bill due to the pandemic, you may submit a payment arrangement request.

•	Service disconnections are suspended, and late fees waived, through Dec. 31, 2020.
