SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loans
The EIDL program provides economic relief to businesses experiencing a temporary loss of revenue due to COVID-19. Its purpose is to help eligible organizations meet financial obligations and operating expenses that could have been met had the COVID-19 disaster not occurred. Hoʻoulu Maui Nui Business Directory
Maui Economic Development Board (MEDB), the County of Maui Office of Economic Development, and various community partners have put together an online resource directory to support our islands’ small businesses. Whether you are looking to retool and/or respond to COVID-19, this directory offers a list of local service providers who can help you conduct your business safely, adapt and/or pivot your operations, and help you invest in technology infrastructure to expand virtual platforms, web-based marketing and e-commerce.
DOE Grab-and-Go Meals Program
The Department of Education's Grab-and-Go meal program provides free meals at 203 public schools in Hawaii to children who are 18 years old or younger, public school students or eligible for free or reduced-price lunch program. Program offered Monday through Friday, through June 30, 2021, excluding holidays and designated school breaks. More information on required documentation, participating schools and program details.
Food and Supplies for Pets
Maui Humane Society’s 4EverPets program offers free pet food and supplies to support local families/individuals who are having financial difficulties. The program’s goal is to prevent people from having to surrender their pets to the shelter and allow their animal companions to remain in a loving home. Learn more

The American Rescue Plan expands the Child Tax Credit, the Earned Income Tax Credit, and the Child and Dependent Care Tax Credit to provide more financial support for individuals and families throughout 2021. Learn more.
